The German Anke Willen is the brain behind this Third edition of the erotic bicycle calendar, the idea started when she noticed that her husband was getting more and more into his bicycles and even said that there was no more beautiful object than a bicycle…… With this in her mind she started to form the idea to make a calendar that showed the feminine beauty next to the beauty of a bicycle. To make it even more interesting, she asked former and ruling world champions to model for the pictures. With these ingredients her husband probably couldn’t deny that beauty is a relative phenomenon.

Off Season Home Work Assignment

The seasons are changing signaling the end of another year of competition. Hopefully you have taken a little away from training to refresh your mind and body for the important work ahead in the off-season. The next phase of training will involve strength training and other specific cross training activities to begin preparing for next season. While events are still fresh in your mind it’s a good time to look back on the season and decide what you need to focus on for the next year.

Spring Training for Cyclists: Beginning Another Season

There seem to be two common approaches that most cyclists use during pre-season. While some riders devise complicated and elaborate training schemes to get the jump on the competition, others simply increase the miles and race some early bird events figuring their fitness will just happen by itself. The problem for both athletes is that neither has a personalized plan that makes the best use of their pre-season training.
